I play on the Switch, as do a few of my friends. Lately, none of us have been able to join customs. We get stuck in the lobby, and then the server makes us disconnect. Or if we make it into the custom, there are no heroes to choose, so we can’t spawn. I updated the game, restarted the console, and tried everything. It’s not my internet connection because I can enter other matches just fine. And since the update that just occurred a few days ago, it’s been to the point where I can never join a custom.
