You have nerfed my team value - my team does not get any heals for 3 seconds.
You have nerfed my heals where i am unable to tank excessive damage as a TANK.
You basically have fed me to the wolves.

Why did you do this ?. Do you not see that Tanking is the most unfun role ?
They are balancing the game around pro play (next month is Champions Clash in China and Team Falcons is dominating playing in Mauga/Juno comp). It will be this mess until pro scene exists. The OW team doesn’t look interested in making a fun game, rather still making decisions about the top 0.01%, and we just suffer because we play another game.

I never liked that they balance based on such a small amount of players, I’ve been playing for a while now and a lot of creators/top players are out of touch, the devs balance for them but it effects everyone else negatively because their experience is different from ours, they keep saying Widow and Sombra were never an issue yet there are so many that will tell you how those two characters have ruined their games. Just like Skins they focus on a small group and not the whole.
I’m not exactly a fan of Mauga and I still have to agree that these nerfs are overly harsh. He was doing just ok on the ladder. The reason he’s getting these nerfs is entirely because of pro play. There is really no other explanation.
Mmmmm, perhaps I have no need to ban Mauga next season after this. I’ll either put Hog in the #1 ban spot in his place thanks to the breather buff, or bump Ana up to #1 as I’ve always wanted to
Maybe this is what they were preparing for? The inevitable Ana bans? Though it would really make more sense to wait until the bans are actually added first before balancing around it
Removing Cardiac Arrest’s damage reduction for teammates is going to kill him for good. They need to rework him at this point.

I wished they made separate balancing for top tiers or maybe all of us should leave the game and let this top tiers do whatever they want.

I understand people hate the guy, but he was pretty middle of the pack at best among tanks in normal ladder play. Isn’t represented much on the top500 leaderboard. These nerfs seem to be just for pro play, where he was actually really good the way they play.
I wouldn’t say falcons is dominating. They lost 4-0 back to back series to crazy raccoons, then won 4-2 in the finals. And it wasn’t from just mauga, the best match of the series imo was with hanbin on Winston. But yea, mauga is a popular pro play pick.

After watching karq video, I asked myself is Mauga a tank now? He can´t soak damage anymore. I got the impression he is just a fat dps now…
Nerf Mauga into ground but tickle Zarya. So lame…
They really want to avoid Mauga in pro play… he isn’t very interesting to watch and has forced mirrors for months before. I think, similarly to Sym’s tp, his Cardiac Overdrive will always be busted with coordination. However, that level of coordination will never happen in an average match, so we are all punished for pros abusing them.
What pro play? What are we talking about? Youtube streams with 1000 viewers?

My first thought when I saw the patch notes was: “How long before they make him a DPS”.
I understand the pros played him a lot this round, but all the other nerfs would have made him less appealing to the pros, why break the 1 ability that helps him support his team.
The problem is that pro players know how to abuse and break heroes. And leaving us footing the bill.
Why didn´t they ban him in pro play instead?
