  • Base health reduced from 150 to 125

| Developer note: We wanted to make brig more like tracer,
| and we thought it would be more balanced since brig and tracer
| both have 3 charges on their abilitys. This will also help with
| the current “viability” of Brigitte, and reduce her survivibility .
