New update won't download + S27 won't start

I was playing overwatch when season 26 ended. Now it won’t let me start any comp matches. It says 0 when I click on the COMPETITIVE PLAT and it also says COMPTETITVE PLAY IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE. Additionally, the latest update/download for overwatch is stuck and won’t download either. It is stuck with 960.71 MB remaining and won’t continue. I’ve tried to started the app, switched from Wired to Wifi and nothing has helped.

EDIT: clarifying that the download/update is noted as a “Pre-release download”. not sure if that makes any difference.

Same goes for me. I get also the “0” Message in game, but no update is being offered to me.

Same for me. I downloaded the pre-release download yesterday already, still can’t queue comp. Same 0.

Launcher says version 1.57.1.0.78777.

Maybe it’s because the season just ended, we’ll see in a few minutes, I guess.

Same boat, the update was a pre-release one and I don’t think it’s mandatory at the moment.

Says they are having technical difficulties. But I neeeeed comp.
