Let’s just hope that these are NOT the only changes and also some of the bad ones are getting tweaked a bit before getting live.
Told ya that D.Va’s minor perks were bad - they’re being buffed.
IMO there’s still only one good one. But at least they’re aware that there’s an issue.
Welp looks like this all was true, they said the Mei freeze would be less overwhelming, but lets see. Also mentioned a Tracer nerf to the triple blink perk.
And this one makes more sense now but with a bit of a mistake, they aren’t removing the midseason change of the 25% duration it looks like, Just the whole perk is moving from a Major to a Minor and replacing the Hyper Boost speed ring perk.

It feels hypocritical.
Changing Sombra because one was better than the other - okay…so are so many other heroes’. Why only Sombra? And if it didn’t transform her playstyle - neither do any of Sojourn’s. They all double down on what’s already strong. Whatever, I suppose.
I’m going to be so annoyed if they don’t actually nerf her or her perks. I want to believe they couldn’t possibly ignore it again - she’s still dominant - but…I do not have confidence in the balance team. I have not for a while. Calling out and changing Sombra’s only perk that does that…while all of Sojourn’s perks violate those to a more volatile degree, is infuriating.
By the sound of it there are more changes than what were posted here, so we can only hope. Could be they are touching Soj’s base kit again and not just the perks too.
I hope so, but given the fact they took an entire season of her being busted to give her the most insignificant nerf…I have doubts.
Sombra new perk, as a secondary especially, is pretty much pointless. Good sombras dont need an extra 2 seconds of stealth, and hacking while invisible im pretty sure will still temporary reveal her.
Hack is already pretty much useless, and now is back to being completely useless.
Actually no. The other perk is still much better for her, overall in a battle. who cares about more virus that can be healed up, if one is low, then just hit them with it. The only time this may be “good” is when she ults. BUT, the heal perk is better still overall.
How about returning Sombra to what she was actually supposed to be. a HACKER. Not an “assasin.”

New perk is gonna help confirm a few kills in her Ult though now. Extra AoE damage basically during it. Just hope they factored that in and it doesn’t keep bouncing Virus to targets during it since everyone is hacked…
