Im not fan on some of these changes.
For example i like Mercy’s Angelic resurrection because angelic recovery is prob the worst perk in the game. I like Flash heal as it is but i guess with seperate cooldown it will become better that way. I guess it will be instant too.
I like both of Sombra’s changes but not by much
D.va’s booster extension will be non existent if the other minor perk gonna be her two current perks COMBINED. It will be no brainer.
For Mei, the deep freeze perk gonna be a bit cancerous. And personally i LOVED her +30% range. I started playing Mei only for this. It will be sad if they remove it. Although the freeze gonna be strong.
Juno’s locked on will be really strong choice ( i like the 35% quicker lock on for allies) and it will become good contestant but the reboots one is actually a reverse of a minor buff, so it will become her worst perk (blaster headshot will become the obvious choice)
For Hog i really LOVED the pig pen’s range and dmg increase. It will be sad that they take it from him and give that extra breather thing. Bad direction
Reinhardt, i always picked the 75% sooner passive after the buff especially, and the Crusader’s fury feels weird… It counts only for ult? meh perk
Cassidy’s Past noon started to grow on me , the “even the odds” buff feels weird and on bad direction. Actually Cassidy need more perk reworks. They don’t know what to do with his perks.

These devs hate junkrat he should be there, give him better perks already, and Rein it’s not enough his perks are terrible
No infact booster extension will be what I exclusively go for.
Bunny power is definitely worthy of being a minor perk now that they’re combined. It’s good and now worth using but booster extension is a higher skill cap perk.
In 5v5 you could potentially get boosters to last 4.5 seconds. That’s incredible for so many things. Even just hitting one enemy allows you to be agressive while having enough left to return to safety.
Just imagine in 6v6 hitting every enemy bunched up and boosting across the map for 5 seconds. That’s really really good. Just tons of ways it can be utilized.
Junkrats perks are S-tier compared to Hanzo’s and Rein’s…
Sombra’s new major one sounds way worse than the healing. Virus sounds fun though. Juno’s new one sounds fun too.
My guess is it’ll be much shorter than before like how hack isn’t annoying anumore. Besides OW is much more mobility now it’s harder to get frozen
Two of Junks do absolutely nothing and the other 2 while situationally good are also situationally nerfs. It’s to the point of taking the perks that do nothing sometimes being the right play instead.
Not that who has it the absolute worst matters. The point is that Blizzard are seemingly ignoring the heroes with awful perks and just giving the usual favourites even better perks.
Nitro boost is a must pick. Because based on your situation at any given time during your ult you can choose to use it or not. It just straight up gives you more options with your ult.
There is no scenario where choosing Nitro boost is a detriment to you.
Frag cannon is also just such a an insane boon for any junkrat that excells with ranged aim to the point where it helps fix one of Junkrats biggest weaknesses (flyers).
Compare these to someone like Hanzo’s perks…
Anything about Kiriko? She’s getting better perk too, right?
Not that we know of going be the current leaks.
Her minors can be a bit underwhelming but her double tp major more than makes up for it imo.
Not to mention she just has an overall solid kit atm

The freeze will likely not be nearly as strong as it was in OW1.
I‘m guessing the freeze will be like 0.5s at most.
It‘s pure cancer tho.
It‘s effectively a 100% death sentence if even the slightest bit of coordination is involved.
Hack in stealth fits her role as an infiltrator and disruptor way better and effectively allows you to set up approaches early to engage later when the enemy lets their guard down again or simply profit off of them going paranoid over you potentially following up on the hack a few seconds later.
Not to mention it just allows you to actually not hard commit onto an enemy everytime you just want to hack them.

Have been playing that character for years.
It’s just footsies, kinda like playing Street fighter.
We take a step forward baiting your aggression, the moment you over extend we punish by swinging on you. If you are reckless enough we might even get away with a pin.
He is all about understanding how other people’s characters work and predicting what they will do so you can punish that.
Which can be pretty hard compared to say just playing mauga and going burrrr.

The crazy thing about Hanzo’s perks is that it’s not even his biggest problem. His base kit is just too weak, as you say:
His charge time has to be reverted to 0.72 secs at the very least, and then most, if not all of his perks have to be changed.

im sory what? which absolute clown worked on those sombra changes, like wtf, have you ever played sombra before? holy sh8 these clowns are horrid at patching the game, they just outright throwing sombra off a cliff at this point, srsly how sh8tty can perks be, theyre even worse than the 1.0 perks she had
I think it’s after the person gets rezzed as the wording is “after casting rez” instead of “while casting rez” but that could just be me overanalyzing it
