Well, that player would likely to be only me…because in competitive mode games in Bronze where i am at, i am usually the only one!
So nah, no worries. Orisa is now the sacrificial cow.

Though, on a more serious note, it will give more angles where someone could attack the shield and remain safe. So it will lead to be being broken more easily.

I suppose that the Devs really really want to shift the focus away from shields to face-tanking.

just tested and there are a few more changes:

they removed mei multiple freeze and now her wall has 3 larger sections instead of 4

hanzo storm arrow reduced to 3 and no longer head shots

doomfist charge up interrupts when he takes damage

Please be true. I mean Mei needs to be nerfed more but it’s a start

Of course no one misses the shield (see my first post).
My initial point was that

With more surface area on the screen, it makes it easier to shoot and of course, break.

It may be a “buff” insofar as protecting her from certain and more angles but honestly, it just increases the area to hit and break it.
Like what i mentioned to RobotWizard, this really shows that the Devs want tanks to block bullets with our faces now instead of shields, if this goes through.
