Hero Balance Updates

Domina

Barrier Array

  • Barrier Panel Health reduced from 250 to 225

Anran

Zhuque Fans

  • Impact damage increased from 20 to 22.

Fan the Flames

  • Impact damage now uses beam damage against armor mitigation (Only reduced by 30% when used on armor).

Inferno Rush

  • Can now be canceled with quick melee.

Ignition - Passive

  • Burning build up linger time increased from 3 to 4 seconds.

Emre

Synthetic Burst Rifle – Take Aim

  • Falloff range increased from 30-45 to 35-50 meters.

Cyber Frag

  • Explosion damage minimum radius increased from 1.25 to 2 meters.

Jetpack Cat

Frenetic Flight

  • Regeneration rate reduced from 30 to 25.

Mizuki

Spirit Glaive

  • Cast time reduced from 0.1 to 0.025 seconds.
  • Recovery time increased from 0.7 to 0.75 seconds.

Healing Kasa

  • Range increased from 25 to 30 meters.
  • Default soft targeting range increased from 8 to 10 degrees.

Ultimate

  • Ultimate cost increased by 7%.
  • Now heals for 100 instant healing on cast.

Vendetta

Siphoning Strike – Minor Perk

  • Lifesteal reduced from 40% to 30%.

This is nice, but she is going to be way more annoying to play against for tanks, I imagine.

Yo! This first part is what I wanted and the second part? Well, it will make him more annoying to play against. Less skill required which kind of sucks.

Unnecessary but maybe it will placate the haters.

This guy needs a buff to healing Kasa. He has decent trickle AoE healing but no real life-saving burst healing. If he’s meant to just be Lucio 2.0 the rest of his kit could be improved instead I guess. His chain isn’t a full CC and doesn’t stop things like Ball long enough to do much of anything.

Those cat changes are… interesting

The Emre range is huge. I would have to look but that might give him the most range of any non Widow hitscan. For the bombs I think it fits as that mechanic feels a lot like Ashe but it does make that sticky bomb perk even more useless. It really should not remove the bounce as it that perks becomes a net negative.

they keep on buffing anran, maybe her winrate kinda sucks but i hope they dont overdo it

I understand it is supposed to be Halo, but why can’t sticky nades bounce? It is not fair.

Take what I am about to say with a grain of salt as I am not really in my normal rank at the moment as I am trying to learn Emre (and its been a little rough) but honestly the only time I have seen Vendetta do well is with a Zarya pocket paired with the 20% speed bubbles.

I’d honestly rather see them just make it so the shield has larger squares a.k.a less actual panels to it.

I don’t think either of these changes fix what’s wrong with Emre. His damage is straight up like… not good, he has lower DPS than baptiste. And the nades he has to justify that sort of lower damage, are on too long of a cooldown considering how important they are for being able to secure kills.

They should’ve done this months ago BEFORE butchering most of her kit in the process lol.

I have this exact same problem. I love sticky nades but it becomes useless when you need to hit someone around a corner and it just sticks to the wall or whatever sort of object sticking out.

Emre grenades need a nerf, not a buff. The amount of times I’ve died by a random grenade only to see on killcam that he just threw 2 out there randomly is infuriating.

Cat need nerfs, every game is a joke.

He just has soldiers falloff range, with a longer minimum range. Ashe / Sojourn have longer falloffs.

So they increased the range of mizuki kasa but didn’t actually increase the healing? And increased the ult by 7 percent. It wasn’t exactly easy keeping ppl alive as him already but yay the long ult is now longer how fun

I’m just not worried about any balance right now except sledgehammer nerfs for hitscan. I keep being disappointed by patch notes.

Not to be rude, but that is a HARD positioning issue. I am worried about this buff, but they sure as heck did not need a NERF!

I don’t think Emre needed the buff, but it’s mainly an attack on flyers, so anything for that is a net plus to the game.

I also think Anran is on a fine line based on how good the pilot is. Rush > Melee if I’m reading it right is really good.

Cat change does nothing, she’ll still get banned constantly.

Dom change also doesn’t do much to players that don’t lead off with Barrier every waking moment.

I’ll have to play with Miz, but heal on an Ult that’s up all the time seems nice. Kasa range is extremely helpful, too.

And honestly? I’m starting to not believe in Vendetta. She’s slowly falling out of my bans.

I’ve been playing him a lot the past day and the chain actually is incredible for gettong people that try to backpedal killed

That extra moment of staying in the fight is usually the difference between getting killed or not after all

I looked it up. Sojourn is 5m more (though I never know how to classify Sojourn) and Ashe is the same starting falloff but maxes out 5m further.
