There is a new patch note today with fixes and STILL nothing about the issues with people’s career profile. Its been 9 days and we still havent heared anything about this problem. People are losing hours on their career profile when they are playing the game. People not getting their stats when they play the new characters. Heroes time played are all over the place. I lost like 900 hours total play time by playing a few hours of Quickplay and all my heroes that i played on went down in numbers or even got crazy stats like 14000% winrate or something.
Now we know there is a lot you guys are working on, but why havent we heared anything about this yet? Some people are not playing at all now untill you fix this problem, cause career profiles are important to people. Also many people have send a direct ticket about this issue and many havent got any response in over a week.
For me personally all the orher issues are fixed except this one and i really wanne ask Blizzard to let us know they are on this case

also, now i only have 65 hours as Cass and even lost hours as Reaper. It’s definitely a huge bummer every time I play, especially for players like me who tend to play a smaller amount of heroes regularly. Really hoping they give us an update soon.
