For me this isn’t too much of a problem but as soon as I logged in to play today I noticed that my latency is about 15-20 ms higher than it was before the patch. This isn’t just me either because in the few games I have played since the patch others have said that their latency has gone up by about the same amount. So can we get some answers to this Blizz?

same thing for me. My ping has gone up about 15-20ms as well. I can restart the game but when I do and go into the practice area my ping is 250+ms. I restart again and its back down to normal but 15-20ms higher. It makes no sense. I have restarted my router, done a speed test, scanned overwatch and still does it.
I am on PC btw
They explain it in a post in the technical support forum. I can’t link it, but it should be too hard to find the blue post. The higher number is correct.
