Just bought the new mercy skin and it took my coins but can’t find the skin anywhere to equip. It doesn’t show up when checking out the shop either.

I have a feeling they forgot to patch it into the game lol. Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s temporarily removed from the store until they are able to add it into the game with a hotfix.
I thought buying it would make it appear in the hero gallery but it didn’t work. Did I just get scammed?
Same thing happened to me! I wanted the new skin so when I logged in and saw it was available, I immediately bought it. It said owned but the skin never loaded, however, the name card and spray loaded just fine. I tried logging out and then back in. Now the skin says unspecified and has a lock symbol next to it instead of saying owned and the skin still doesn’t load if you click on it.
Ehh…waiting then for a hotfix.
Mine is now available. Maybe it was just a wait time? I did close and restart a bunch of times
