It is a default skin, designs like this is censorship for me, look at all the skins it has, only combat medic, epics and the default, devil and infernal are 100% level suits with which only the face is seen.
Furthermore, that concept does not even have a legendary level, it is an epic recharged but not able.
She is ugly, very ugly, horrendous, worse than Mercy dragon, and as I said, if this is going to be the level of legendary, they should not do more because they are ugly.
Just one concept from an asian looking mercy⌠I dont like it but its not mythic like the genji skin.

Mercy looks quite good with clothes on, imo. I certainly donât want another Dragoon where sheâs showing off more skin than scales.
I prefer brunettes actually. Mercy just makes for a poor one 
I actually like Dragoon and Zhuque skins, theyâre just really not my color palette. The white and red with black wings just looks COOL. The only thing weâre really missing at this point color wise for Mercy is a black themed palette which I would really enjoy. Though I use Seoul Dynasty atm as a placeholder as it fits really well with the gold staff.

I just want more variety that is other skin themes, I get people like the weeb stuff, but as a hardcore Romaboo, where is my Rome themed Mercy skin? I will never be happy until I can lead and shotcall like my team is a cohort with a centurion mercy skin, with vine staff.

Dragoon shows skin. Itâs ugly and IMO her worst skin.

Better get used to it. Skins are the primary form of money-making now, and the Devs know that Mercy is the primary money maker in this department. Sheâs gonna be the Lux of LoL, getting a new skin more than anyone else. Genji and D.va as well.

Skins like that take 2-3 months to conceptualize, model, rig, detail, texture, etc. I know this because I literally am majoring in this field in college.
The Genji one has customizeable colors, tattoos, faces, weapons, colors, and special VFX/animations/voicelines/etc.

Not a troll, legit ugly skins. If I got them for free I wouldnât equip them ever. Looked more like someone throwing as much glittering things on a character as they can without thinking about whether or not it looks good. Those are awful, pass.
