Not to be THAT GUY, but ANOTHER asian themed skin for a very VERY germanic woman? Idk whats going on here, kinda weird though. Hopefully skins are as good in terms of quality in game as they are in concept art

It is strange because it doesnā€™t happen to most character and itā€™s happened to her for THREE of her Legendary skins. I think maybe sheā€™s super popular in China/Korea so they are trying to cater to that maybe? Idk. But itā€™s amazing looking so I am happy lol, just hopefully in the future they donā€™t keep doing it as itā€™s entering strange territory

His skin is soooo good, I am so happy they are introducing a Mythic skin tier. I canā€™t wait to see what Mercy gets for her Mythic skin, I wanna see Sym too but we all know thatā€™s not happening for yearsā€¦

I donā€™t necessarily think the Asian themes are a problem, but it gets a bit uncomfortable with how certain ones seem to almost be trying to change the heroā€™s ethnicity. Asheā€™s LNY skin was a particularly egregious example.

I do feel like the explicitly fantasy skins are a lot less bad/weird to change the genetics on though, and this does look to be based on the Yatagarasu, so eh. I just personally donā€™t think black is at all flattering on Mercy.

Ngl, I do quite dig the Gency vibes the skins have together.

Im just glad we have competent skinners now, these skins for the most part in the last couple years are just meh to me, Im glad we get more detail and whatnot

The concept of Mercy skin is bad, very bad, no legendary quality , she is covered up with clothes, at the devilish or infernal level, I donā€™t like skins like that, even the dragon one is better, if this is going to be the level of skins in OW2, donā€™t do more

Bruh - Mercyā€™s default look is covered with clothesā€¦ this skin from a design perspective is very nice.
