Thats just my opinion. How do you guys like the new map?
I main Lucio and I like how many options you have to engage/disengage. Still a lot of time until I learn the map
Don’t like it. The monochrome blue tone everywhere makes my eyes hurt.
I’m a Lucio ONE TRICK and I can agree.
But to the op, the map is MASSIVE compared to other control maps. Take a good walk from spawn door to spawn door and see how long it takes.
The new map is a Lucio playground. Lots of objects and twisty corridors to bounce around in. Few long sighlines or high ceilings. Very much a brawl or rush style map. Very fun!
If you’re a sniper or flyer player, I can understand you having issues with the map.
Unfortunately, I’ve only managed to get a game on the new map exactly once despite having played enough to complete all the weeklies I care to. The map seemed okay, actually.
I was expecting one map to be fairly close quarters and the other two to be sniper-friendly hellholes, but I don’t think any of the ones I played on were like that. I had a good time. I hope to play on it again one day, if the game is kind enough to send me there.

It does feel fairly close quarters. However most of the new maps we’ve been getting since OW1 launch have had lots of long sightlines or otherwise very wide open areas that are overly beneficial to snipers. Glad to see a change of pace, hopefully get maps more like this one going forward.

I love the corners and corridors as a rein main
The map is huge but has a lot of obstacles that make it claustrophobic.
the one with a drill is exactly that - objective point is in the pit with a single pillar being the only cover there (near a big drill), surrounded by balconies. It’s like Busan meka base but even worse.
