Nope. Everytime he would try to power up or use a super move, she would stun him. It takes him way longer than 5 seconds to do anything like that.

Hanzo 2.0 seems to do well. He can stay out of her range very easily (even just climbing up), and itā€™s not hard to burst down her shield using normal shot + Storm Arrows

I honestly donā€™t see the big deal with Brig.
Playing in Plat/Diamond.

I havenā€™t played a game as DoomFist that doesnā€™t make her switch off.

She is extremely weak to range. No one likes to shoot at her shield for some reason. It melts faster then Winston.
