Junker Queen - 250 HP, 150 HP/100 Armor

  • Primary Fire: Queen’s Staff - attacks in a 3 swing combo. (Swing-Swing-Thrust)
    DPS: 30-30-60
    Rate of Fire: 2 swings per second, 1 thrust per second. Combo takes 2 seconds to perform.
    Range: 6 meters
  • Secondary Fire: Queen’s Staff - Flamethrower
    DPS (Beam [similar to moira m1]): 55
    DPS (DoT): 90 over 3 seconds
    Range: 8 meters
    Cone: Similar to Moiras Healing Spray
    Secondary Effect: Leaves behind small fires if it touches the ground or walls, fires do 30 DPS, doesn’t leave burning after effect
    Ammo: On a Resource Meter. Allows spraying for 10 seconds.
  • Shift: Harpoon
    Cooldown: 10 seconds
    Damage: 40
    Range: 20m
    Can attach to walls or enemies, allowing you to pull yourself towards it at any time, moving towards or away at will. 7m/s.
    Secondary Effect: When attached to an enemy, Junker Queen will perform a kick, dealing 50 damage.
  • E: Refuel
    Cooldown: 15 seconds
    Recharges Flamethrower to full
  • Ultimate: Off with their heads! - Queenstick
    Duration: 8 seconds
    Damage: 100 per swing, 1 swing per second
    Secondary Effect: Replaces Harpoon with Hacksaw, causing a large speed boost and the first enemy Junker Queen comes into contact with (not including buildable objects or barriers) will be knocked over. Junker Queen will then attempt to kill them in a fashion similar to that of the Retribution Assassin, lasts until stunned, killed, or target is killed. If Off with their heads! ends before Hacksaw finishes, Junker Queen will keep attacking, but at a reduced damage cost
    75 DPS during Off with their heads!, 60 if Off with their heads! has ended

    Mama Hong - 400 HP

  • Primary Fire: Sucker Punch
    Damage: 50
    125 if contacts an enemy that does not have Mama Hong in their Field of View.
    Cannot attack for 1.5 seconds after 125 damage punch
  • Shift: You’re not on the list!
    Cooldown: 8 seconds.
    Damage: 40
    Mama Hong reels back her fist for up to 10 seconds and then releases a big blow, damaging the closest target and knocking back anyone in the cone of her blow. Can release at any time, for a corresponding amount of knockback. Max knockback is 50m. Movement similar to Doomfist charging his punch, but without the ability to move forward like Doomfist.
  • E: Restaurant Staff
    Cooldown: 3 charges, 10 second cd per charge.
    Can summon bots, but chooses what type between Shield, Melee, Ranged, and Bomber. 3 bots max, medium difficulty on all.
  • Shield (400 Shields): Bouncer, has full-body riot shield (5mx3m, 300 HP). Not transparent
  • Melee (250 Shields): Cast Iron Skillet, 100 damage per swing, 1 swing every 2 seconds.
  • Ranged (150 Shields): 9mm pistol, 75 damage per shot, 1 shot per second.
  • Bomber (50 Shields): WOULD YOU LIKE SPARKLING OR STILL? Throws a shaken bottle of sparkling wine to deal 100 damage or a bottle of still wine to cause a slippery effect on the floor. Thrown every 1.5 seconds, alternating between sparkling and still.
  • Ultimate: The Whole Neighborhood
    Summons 2 of every bot, but with +25 damage to each attack.

    Athena: 150HP, 25 HP/ 125 Shields

  • Primary Fire: Data Stream
    DPS: 45 (90 DPS to barriers, 30 to targets behind barriers. -15 DPS per bounce)
    100 Ammo, 10 Ammo per second
    Range: Infinite, but with falloff. Falloff begins at 25
    Beam shot from Athena’s eye, can go through barriers, dealing extra damage to the barrier, but less to the people behind it. Bounces off walls, also dealing less after each bounce.
  • Shift: Data Transfer
    Cooldown: 8 seconds if head dies.
    Cast Time: 2 seconds to put down a body
    Athena’s head comes off, flying similarly to spectator mode. The head can be controlled, but only has 75 HP (1 HP / 74 Shields). If the head dies, the ability goes on cooldown and she can’t switch for a few seconds. The head’s HP does not recharge unless it is on Athena’s body. Explodes on death, causes a 50 damage explosion. Can be affected by buffs and debuffs
    Athena sets up multiple bodies around the map and can go to each one.
    3 Bodies allowed on the map (1 including the one Athena is currently controlling)
    Each body has Athena’s HP, But with 25 hp and 150 shields. (converts to regular HP ratio when transfered)
  • E: Protection
    Cooldown: 15, starting on use
    Grants invincibility for 5 seconds to Athena and an ally (if selected).
    If an ally is selected and breaks Line of Sight the invincibility goes away after .75 seconds and does not come back but it stays for Athena.
  • Ultimate: Overwatch
    Duration: 12 seconds
    Can choose 3 members on both teams
    One teammate gets 200 burst healing, one teammate gets a 30% speed increase, one teammate gets invincibility for 5 seconds, but can be CC’d
    One enemy loses 30% max hp, one enemy gets a 30% speed reduction, one enemy takes 100 damage.
    Athena’s head leaves her current body to go out of the map, but the 3 bodies combine to a total of 300 HP. If the body is killed, Overwatch ends.
    Goes into spectator mode, but with the top down map from OWL

Sanjay Korpal - 200 HP, 100 HP/ 100 Shields

  • Primary Fire - Photon Projector
    DPS: 40/80/120 (Main Target, with each connect target taking 10 less DPS. Will not deal less than 0 damage.)
    Shoots a straight beam at enemies, but chains to nearby enemies (Similar to Valkyrie, but only one at a time, from nearest to furthest), with a decrease in damage for every target.
  • M2: Pain Reflection
    Sanjay takes in the damage he reflects with Pain Link and Protection of Thorns, saving it for a projectile attack. This attack works similarly to Symmetra’s M2, where the more damage it does, the slower it moves, but the bigger the projectile is. Caps at 300 damage
  • E: Pain Link
    Cooldown: 8 seconds (after effect ends)
    Using a Talon modification to his Photon Projector, Sanjay links an ally and an enemy. The ally takes 30% less damage, and the damage will be moved to the enemy. The ally and enemy must have LoS, or Pain Link will break.
  • LShift: Shield Well
    Cooldown: 15 seconds (after placement)
    Duration: 7 seconds
    Shields Granted: 75
    Places a Shield Generator down that has infinite use, but the shields do not regenerate.
  • Ultimate: Protection of Thorns
    Places a Pain Link on every teammate within LoS, but reflecting 50% of damage taken instead of 30%. The damage will be reflected back to whoever deals the damage.

Gēn-Ling Zhou - 250 HP (200 HP/ 50 Shields)

  • Primary Fire: Vine Whip
    Uses her Living Root to strike enemies with a whip-like vine.
    30 Damage
    2.5 swings per second
    6 Meters long

  • Shift: Rooted Steps
    While activated, Gēn can jump up to 4 times and walk on rapidly growing roots below her, creating steps and bridges over the course of 7 seconds.
    Can be destroyed. Entire structure has 700 HP.
    Cooldown: 12 seconds

  • E: Entangle
    Creates an area below herself that lasts for 10 seconds
    When stepped on, roots will cover the enemies, making them unable to move and use abilities.
    Cooldown: 10 seconds

  • Ultimate: Cocoon
    Creates a Hardened Leaf Cocoon around herself for 10 seconds.
    During Cocoon, Gēn can attack with two giant vines and a poisoning gas that does 10 damage per second for 5 seconds.
    Vines do a total of 40 damage per swing each. Each vine can only swing once per .5 seconds.
    Gēn is unable to move while in her Cocoon.
    Cocoon has 1000 HP

Passive: Hallucination
Gēn can see random enemies through walls each 30 seconds for 10 seconds because of her psychotic hallucinations

I like these ideas, my only suggestion is try organizing it with headers and seperating it into paragraphs, throw in some bullet points and horizontal lines too

These are amazing ideas but Athena will never be in the game because she says stuff in the game that wouldn’t make sense having her there. Like “Escort the Payload”.

Not really imo, she could just be there and acknowledge that she is the announcer.

I think it makes sense, if she’s on your team in the field she can still communicate to the team to move the payload and count down when the round will start

A new hero that will please every player:
Hammond, an evil scientist chimpanzee. After Horizon Colony he landed in Australia and became Junker. And now he works for Talon! And he is a tank! Talon tank! Talon sniper tank with long range heavy gauss rifle that is hitscan, but with Mei-icicle like delay, but also deals splash damage like explosions! He also has a jetpack! And he protects allies via damaging enemies to encourage more players to play tanks!

Yep but then if your team doesn’t have an Athena but hear an Athena on the opposite team saying something it would be very confusing.

Well Athena’s voice won’t be projected to everyone everywhere and she would say different things.

Maybe they could corrupt her voice if she’s on the other team? Kinda like an infected AI. Or maybe that could play into her kit, use her like a double agent that can confuse the enemy team

Yeh that would be a good idea but I just can’t see her in the game. Great ideas though.

I want a psychopathic botanist that went insane trying to create plant life that grows super fast to combat global warming by using Mercy’s nanowhatsamabobs that self experimented on them-self leading to a parasitic plant taking root in them driving them mad and wanting to cover the world with plant life

But let’s say Athena would say “Hello” for her team and you were close to her. But simultaneously she would say “Overtime” it wouldn’t make sense.

I’ll get to thiccdva with that one. We’ll see what we can do!

When she would say “Overtime”, the hello would be quieter, hell, maybe she might not even talk.
