Hero mastery challenges for soldier and maybe kiriko do not apply to lifetime hero mastery challenges for getting 5-star on mastery courses, least on xbox not sure about other platforms. Sojurn ranking was missing so thought maybe it wasn’t counting that one but redid it and still not giving lifetime achievement so think soldier’s 5 star still isn’t counting.
