New hero Concept!

I made a full hero concept for Overwatch but I don’t know where to send it or what to do with. Can a developer please help it is in my files!!

He was first hinted at by the hero 27 hint, project white dome. He has a fist weapon that shoots rockets and wears a reddish color suit.

Rocketfist Launcher (left click)
Shoot a long range rocket projectile from your hands. Reloads automatically similar to Doomfist.
Electric Blast (right click)
Shoot a long range projectile from your fists, when a enemy is hit immobilize them for a short time.
Emergency Blaster (weapon 2, left click)
Small automatic fire arm (similar to mercy). Only reloads when depleted.
Call fighter jet (replaces reload key)
Call down a fighter jet that you hop into that grants you the ability to fly, increases your health, enchanches your abilities and attacks.
Target Lockdown (Lshift)
Target a enemy with a debuff that will cause there ranged attacks near the target to be redirected and hit the target. Also increases the damage they take.
Summon Drones (E)
Summon 2 drones that will chase and attack nearby enemies or shields and can fly. Will prioritize lockdown target.
Ultimate: Call Down (Q)
Fly in pilot mode call down a large missile bellow you that will land after 10 seconds dealing LARGE amounts of damage.

Interesting, but I don’t think they would add a pilot mode even if it is for an ultimate

Why Phara and mercy can both fly. Also D.va can switch between her mech and pilot mode ?

Large attacks such as Phara’s rockets, Junkrat’s frags, and melle attacks will not be affected by the aim bot. Some abilities such as Roadhog’s hook, Genji’s deflect, and whipshot will be directed.

Movement Speed: 5 meters per second, 8 while chasing lockdown target. Can fly.

Threat range: 25 meters (if an enemy comes with 25 meters the drones will chase and attack the targets).
Duration: 12 seconds
Cooldown: 22 seconds

Call Fighter Jet
Duration: 15 seconds (will end early if destroyed. When destroyed Emre will go back into pilot mode).
Health: 400
Cooldown: 45 seconds
Movement speed: 8 meters per second
Rockfist Launcher and electric blast gains a 25 meter per second speed boost and your ammo becomes infinite during that time. While in Fighter jet you cannot switch weapons but your emergency blaster will fire in front of you automatically (like D.va’s micro missiles). Target lockdown range is increased to 100 meters and you cannot be head shot during this time.

Ultimate: Call Down
Charge required: 2250
Charge rate: 1% every 5.5 seconds
Damage: 2000 with falloff (2000 - 200) (Hiding behind barriers, small posts or signs, and walls will not avoid the damage. The only way to avoid damage is to run out of the radius)
Landing time: 10 seconds
Area of effect: 25 yards
Knockback: Yes 1 - 5 yards

Neat, his ultimate would probably do so well on last man standing maps.

Waaaaaaay too op at first glance, his ult does twice the damage of a dva bomb and goes through barriers, he has 2 primary fires which can both deal substantial damage, add in drone damage on top of that, his root goes through barriers as well, on top of that he grants a soft aimbot can then start flying round the place?

I’d suggest combining his ult and fighter jet ability into one, maybe you ult and target points on the map which are hit by tremor bombs or missiles which root targets in place with each subsequent missile doing more damage, 3 total maybe? 150 dmg each? The drones could be redesigned to instead cause a slowing effect on their target, like a mei freeze, which allows him to more easily hit his targets with his rockets and root ability.

Just my thoughts, but well done for coming up with the concept in the first place!

Well i did say the numbers could be changed. The slow effect is cool and its ment to deal more damage then D.va’s ult because you have 10 seconds to run away plus falloff. Maybe we could also not make the root go through barriers. I meant to be as a tankbuster. The reason he has 2 primary fires is because he cannot manually reload both.
