New game mode Idea?

Similar to mystery heroes but also add in random shift and E abilities.
Think of the the crazy combinations!

I wanna take one of my favorite game modes from Titanfall 2. Marked for death, where a player on each team becomes a VIP which the other team has to kill. VIPs change with each kill and I think there were no respawns until either VIP is killed.

Maybe a horde mode? I would love that !

Mystery heroes but implement the scrapped Shift and E abilities of our current heroes. Sounds cool.

Dual payload maps. Both teams have to push one to a point. First team wins. Have the the payload track’s intersect at some point throughout the map. Should make for an awesome choke! :stuck_out_tongue:

Animations are the biggest thing holding that back, as any veteran of Tf2’s randomizer mod can attest.

Ah, yes… Mystery Abilities. Roadhog with both his hook and Widowmaker’s Grapplehook.

I’d love a King of the Cart mode. Payload starts in the middle of a symmetrical map, and begins as a KOTH point. Once a team caps it, they start pushing it towards the other teams spawn. If everybody is removed from the payload, it converts back to a point, and the other team can cap it and push it the other way. Once overtime starts, payload speed starts ramping up for both teams.

That would be neat, like an FPS Tug-of-War.

That’s a really cool concept. I kind of like the idea of a mode in Arcade that makes the objective more about the team and less about the map.

That’s a reaaaally cool idea, but would involve new maps for balance. I wonder if they could just take a payload map, cut it in half, and mirror it for both sides.

Thanks. I cant take credit though as I stole the idea from TF2. They have a couple of maps that play out like this and its really fun.

Payload Race!
Blizzard Please…

Yes, I like that idea. Only way to stop the other team’s payload from moving is to reduce the amount of people on it from either side.
