New fade hard nerfs orisa and zarya

Grav and pull combos are pretty much useless against moira. Sure, it adds a layer of complexity to moira’s kit, but its still busted.

She would have to exit fade into grav to actually have her teammates be released.

I hate halt, but i’d rather the ability be nerfed than have to pick a character to make it useless

Grav is a joke for a long time. Since they cut the area of effect pretty much in half due to Hanzo Grav is lucky get 2-3 people in most cases. Never mind killing those people without another Ultimate is pretty tough.

Moria could always just simply fade out of Grav. Now the entire team can… Remember Zarya’s Grav is fairly hard to build up. Her ult charge cost is high and her ability to build up charge is fairly low unless on full charge and within range to use the beam.

Pretty sure it also hurts Hog, as I believe fade can break a Hook as well. Plus the obvious Rein charges and the like. I don’t think a normal ability on a 6 second CD with no risk to it’s use should counter so many high risk moves.

she gets the fade after effect along with her teammates so she can also escape it

I dont think the fade effect lasts long enough to pull other players out of grav though. I havent tested yet.

I haven’t played all day so I wouldn’t know. From what I heard, it sounds like she would be stuck in grav aswell. I haven’t seen any testing on it so I have no proof.

I’m very curious to see what effects it has on other ults. It could possibly make Sigma’s ult useless if all of the allies are within range.

I’m also curious on what effects it has in team cooperation. It would be awesome to see a Reaper be able to shadowstep in front of the enemy yet still be safe.

It may sound dumb but… I would like to see it go live with a few altercations to make it a little more balanced against enemies.

if your team has speed boost or any mobility cooldown they can get out, and the moira can always get out

it can break hook but that would be really tough to do unless its a halt-hook.

Is it because her fade makes her visible to the enemy team?

It cancels flux. The main ult interaction i wonder about is how it works against hack/emp.

I agree that it would be interesting to see strats people could come up with. The first thing i thought of would be bubbling a rein in, then fading him out. But I’m not interested enough to see this go live as is lol

The idea was cool but maybe a bit to powerful… I wish it could atleast stay in some way shape or form. I really enjoy the animation and concept.

using fade to evade emp (on reaction) is already a practical/standard play. with the experimental patch she also cleanses the emp effect on allies once fade ends. the main reason sombra would be played is because emp isn’t really counterable, so moira being able to fully counter it on a 6s cooldown is a pretty major hit to sombra.

Pull? no… By the time you are OUT of fade (and remember you gotta get out of it first) pull is over.

It is AFTER fade… after…

It is the combos with offensive abilities you should be scared of.

yes, you can fade your team out of sig ult, grav with base lucio speed, negate pull combos and antis
