I never received any of my week 1 rewards for the summer event (icon/spray/skin) despite playing the appropriate games. I figured maybe it was bugged and would just give them out when the week rolled over, but no luck. Customer support directed me to post a thread here, although I already know this will likely fall on deaf ears. Really disappointing as I’ve never missed any items since launch minus some OWL rewards. Worth noting that was due to the OWL site crashing, which was another incident that, much like this, was never resolved but a bit more tolerable since they weren’t core games cosmetics, plus I really wanted the Winston skin.
Awhile back they changed the reward system for these events its play 9/18/27 games wins count for two games its not the old, play 9 games and youre done anymore.
I’m aware of this as I’ve done every challenge since release but this one was bugged for me for some reason and despite playing the required games I never got any of the rewards.
