Yesterday afternoon I was given a chance to merge my old OW1 Xbox account into OW2. The merge queue is never ending! It starts at like 30000 and has dropped as low as 450 but then I check it again and it is back up to 20000. It’s been like this for over 24 hours.
ALL of my heroes from OW1 are locked, all my skins and stuff are GONE and I’m stuck playing QP even though I had over 1000 hours in OW1.
I submitted a ticket, but what the hell??? This is ridiculous.
