Is anyone else worried that this hero can not only boop you while getting shields and doing damage, but can also go underground, and then do DAMAGE TO YOU when they come back up???
what if lucios boop shot you double what it does currently, and then also did triple the damage? would you all be ok with that?
what if reapers wraith form did 100 damage to you when he exited and was withing a small distance of you? is that fair?
