One role dictating a whole match, some of the worst low mechanic players. Boosted to oblivion with headshot reduction, nerf of the dps passive cause they don’t know how to position. You couldn’t make the role more braindead besides GOATS, double shield. Tanks have always ruined the game ( supports as well). The game isn’t competitive at all with these broken tanks, if you have people smurfing on tank there’s no shot of winning, they have twice the power. Every stack has some smurf tank boosting the stack as well.
You have one role ruining the whole game, you can nerf dps to be a useless role from nerfing Cassidy’s range, Hanzo’s one shot draw speed, railgun lethality, but keep Tanks to be broken as hell with 4x the healthpool, nerf of the dps passive to 10%, headshot reduction, broken shields, as much damage with way stronger ultimate’s. Clearly nobody on the balance team plays dps.
Your game would be good if tanks didn’t exist, you got good gunplay, movement, the TTK was the best of any game before season 9. It’s a shame that tanks have always ruined this game, even before Brig kids would crutch triple tank for stall.

Asking to remove tanks from a class based game is like asking to remove snipers from a head clicking game. You are just playing the wrong game.

He will just keep complaining the game doesn’t work like he wants it to and continue doing that until Blizzard caves to him (they won’t) but here we are. Endless loop.
in the last match both tanks did as much damage as four dps on both teams. the real dps are tanks
I guarantee a mode with no tanks. 3dps, 2 supports would have more dps players than what we have now.
you have Class based fps like Valorant, Apex with no tanks that are far better balanced, more popular.

This isn’t the only fps I play, you Overwatch onetrick who’d get bodied in any other fps.
The game already has way too many dps compared to the other roles to a point where the queue times are longer.
The only thing that will happen when remove the tank will be making the support role be the next bottleneck because will be the least desirable role.
