Nerf support for once

Kiri “nerf” was a buff of her regular heal.
Ana takes no skill to sleep then anti on repeat. Takes so much skill literally every game there is an ana against me. Makes tanking so enjoyable to be slept and anti spammed the whole game.
LW with kiri or ana. Nothing dies.
Bap needs less damage output not less ammo. Really nerf’d him with the lower capacity but still only needs a 3 burst. Made 0 change to his actual problem of just being too strong.
Can we just make support a role again instead of passive healing dps? Like why are supports always top fragging all the time. Why have roles at this point when dps is redundant and tank is a garbage collector for ability spam and nothing more fun than waiting out abilities that get cycled by the time anyone is close to dying.

Sick of the same stupid support meta’s because if they aren’t buffed through the roof supports cry on that high horse.

The whole game needs nerfed. Burst healing and burst damage need to be both addressed in one patch for it to work.

They’re not? I almost always have the most elims, sometimes tied with my tank or my other dps. The only time a support comes close is if we’re getting completely rolled over.

Dps isn’t redundant.

Dps is the worst role, yes. But it’s not by a large enough margin to make statements like this.

Healing/Midigation have and are required to be comparable to damage for OW to work.

Right now though they are pushed to the extreme, really high damage but also high healing and midigation.

Everything needs to be toned back away from the extreme, but healing/mitigation will always be comparable to damage.

This has to be a troll post. I mean Brig was nerfed for about 2+ years, pretty much from the day she was released. Mercy was nerfed and reworked most of her life. About the only support to avoid nerfs was really Ana, because she takes “skill” so people just okay with her being a must pick.

As for out damaging DPS, it’s not really true for most of them. The only one semi close is perhaps Zen, and that is if the Zen is really good and the DPS are really bad.

Elims might be higher on Moria, but that is a technicality with her orbs doing like 1dmg to a target and some one else killing it. It’s also a direction people been screaming at for years.

People hate support that can heal or provide utility. They complain if they stop a kill from their flashy kill streak. So if you can’t heal, rez, etc the only route left for Support to even be worth having on the team is damage.

There is a reason most reworks or new hero’s seem to favor higher ammounts of dmg and less healing.

It used to be that damage was stronger, but you also had enough time to retreat or use mitigation to top up. With one less tank there is just no mitigation anymore, as well as the dmg numbers being through the roof.

When burst damage is too high, healing is worthless. You cant heal dead (unless you are mercy)

Early on Midigation was strong, and over time as midigation was removed/nerfed healing picked it up.

All shields where much healther before, heroes like torb and sym could provide overhealth. Heck brig also used to provide over health armor.

Healing and midigation have always been high, it allows people to walk around corners, fight on point, push choke points ect.

If it wast comparable to damage, the game would look more like valorant where people hold angles and corners, TTK less then a second.

Big fights on point durring overtime only happen becuase healing and midgation.

The genji diving the enmeies can do that because healing/midigation.

Healing/Midigation are a intergral part of this game
