His shields are too strong. If they were reduced by -400 it would help to kill goats meta once and for all.
This would also make orisa more viable. currently Rein is the most played champion in the entire game.
Rein does not need a nerf. The other components of GOATs enables him.
Orisa needs a buff considering shes the closest thing to an answer.

I’d rather have another tank with a moveable shield with a more interesting kit. Rein is boring as hell he’s only the best tank because of a shield he can deploy anywhere. Get another tank with that ability and Rein dies. Hope they make one soon.
While I agree there should be more variety for tanks.
But overall your just asking for a nerf of a character that’s meta, that also doesn’t need it and you dislike to play 
Also Orisa would fit that position perfectly if she was buffed correctly as stated previously.
No I’m asking for another tank with this one basic ability. Rein should not be the only tank with a moveable shield that can be deployed at any time. Also, no, Orisa would not fit that position perfectly.

I hardly notice Reinhardt anymore tbh. I just push them away on hamster and eat the backline
I don’t think it nedds a nerf, it’s kinda easy to counter his shield
The damage, stuns, healing, and ultimates are much bigger issues in Goats than the shields. And even out of the shields, Rein’s is less of an issue than most as it negatively impacts the Goats counters less than most.
He literally JUST got nerfed. What more do you want?
It wasn’t long ago during dive when people where begging for rein buffs because he was so UP
He got absolutely no balance changes.
But the Meta changed.
And now suddenly he needs nerfs.
Rein is literally an example of his environment. Rein is fine.
