disagree, tracer is the best designed hero and combines speed and dmg.
ergo Winston is well designed.
but I don’t see the big dmg of Winston. 
its compareble with moira only that monkee doesn’t care about armor.
or about another target blocking his beam on his target.

This has to be a troll post. He does 70 dps. All of 5 more than moira. In which case, I guess moira has busted dmg, high mobility and high dmg on moira is too strong. Plz nerf.

can be 5 or even 6x higher still won’t be 6x higher against 1 target.
But yes the armor ignore is a really nice avioidance of having his dmg nerfed, like moira gets. and if you meant that, yeah his dmg is higher as long as they have armor. as moiras dmg is nerfed by it. His not.

I just want them to get rid of the perk to his ultimate.
He can’t have a 2nd life with max HP, low leap cooldown, have a bigger AOE and do more damage. That’s just cheap.
He would need 2 proper choices then. The other option has always been bad, even after he got a new one. Not that the perk does much on most of his leaps, as he generally doesn’t jump way in the air for it to build up more.
The perk that affects his ult does a lot. It’s a 75% increase in its AoE and damage.
I’m for giving him new perks so he has options to choose from and it isn’t like other heroes where it’s just “which of these sucks less”.
If he is in the air for like 2s. Which is not how people use majority of the ult. Like it’s not bad, but in normal leaps to juggle a player it is no where near 75%. It’s far from being too strong imo, to the point that it needs nerfs or removing.
I am not saying it is too strong. I am saying it’s cheap because it comes with him getting a 2nd life and shorter jump cooldown.
I don’t like how he just ignores armor completely while mine is cut in half all while actually having to aim

Well, if that makes it cheap, then there are tons of cheap things in the game. And primal is a pretty darn fair ult compared to others, and actually has an insane skill ceiling and high floor compared to most press Q and that’s it.
70 dps is high now? 
And still do more dmg into armor than Winston does

Speaking strictly about the ultimate with the perk, I disagree. He gets 700HP. More damage and more AoE impact. It reduces the skill floor a lot, which is why I feel it’s cheap.
Without the perk, I agree. It is a high skill ultimate. The perk makes it cheap.
My issue isn’t his ult, it’s the perk for his ult. Several heroes have perks to their base kit that make them cheap, it’s not exclusive to Winston but he’s the topic here.
Oh no, he can do 70dps. And bubble dance. And once it blows up in a couple seconds you can go back to do more dmg than he can, plus having missiles.
Speaking of aim, you constantly advocate for lock on missiles to aim less…
