Nerf Kiriko's Headshot Multiplier

I am of the belief that Kiriko should not have a 3x headshot multiplier. With their small hitbox, movement abilities, and in-combat self-heal/cleanse, they should not be doing 120 damage headshots like Zenyatta who lacks all of those. Kiriko’s headshot should be reduced to 2.5x, or 2x and her kunai damage buffed to 50.

kiroko’s weapon is harder to hit a headshot with than you think. its like trying to land headshots with genjis left click across the map.

if she can headshot, she deserves to deal the damage.

You don’t want a 120 damage headshot. You want a 50 x 2.5 headshot. That’s a nerf to you.

2bh this is considerably easier. Speaking from experience when trying out the hero I hate a lot.

You might have misread something sir. I recommend going back and read it again.

That said, even 50 x 2 hs is arguably a buff with the difficulty to land headshot rn, and against shields, which is a notable counter to her due to low bodyshot damage she does and everything she does getting blocked by shields.

50x2 doesn’t change the 1 hs kill requirement which is 3 hits total, and it buffs bodyshot to 4 hits from 5 as well.

Either way, bad thread is bad and another day of “I want a class nerfed because I can’t adapt.”

PvE players should not have any input on PvP balance.

Personally think she should be power shifted a bit. Body shots are useless and crit multiplier is too much for a support. Doubt it’ll happen soon but confident next year it’s gonna happen.

The fact you think practice range is a good way to test how hard something is to aim is hilarious and sad

Have you tried positioning yourself, so you are not getting domed by a kunai.

It’s not that I can’t adapt, it’s that I recognize that she’s overtweaked and random headshots give her far too much value. She both heals AND deals better than Zenyatta. But that makes me a PvE player? Despite not having touched vs. AI in ages? Get real.

Those juicy headshots are the only reason I touch the support role to be honest. They’re hard as hell to land though.

The robots have inflated hit boxes too, though

Hitting the kunai on stationary targets doesn’t make feel like it serves a purpose other than “this is the hitbox”.

You don’t get a good sense of travel time, projectile speed, arc on certain heroes, etc. or why it’s hard to hit the kunai.

Movement makes it harder to hit. Generally things with large hit boxes have several downsides to accompany it (minus Sojourn cause lolololol busted)

Would only work if you buffed her body shot damage to compensate and personally I don’t want that. Kiriko is a skill shot character that involves a lot of decision making with how her kit works. I’d really rather we not adjust her kit unless needed.
