No they dont. Back then you could run Lucio and Zen and the matches would still be fair and balanced. If enemy team got a main healer you wont go far cause you will Lack healing. People still dont realize that 2 main healers can pum more than 120Hp/s and that makes burst damage the only thing viable. If devs said there is no powercreep then it proves my point they dont know what they are doing with the balance anymore.
