This man does too much damage against a tank, he still has 3 health bars, and the recent nerf didn’t even do nothing

The funny thing is bal was actually really good on season 1 of OW2, the only reason he even got buffed was because hes not a popular hero so the devs felt he needed buffs. Bap is an aim hero which means he takes skill, everyone at the time only wanted to play moira, mercy and kiriko. Bap never needed more damage, he never needed his aoe heal ability to have a burst heal effect, he never needed lamp to have a reduced cooldown. Bap was really strong from the start but the balance team at blizzard only care about their silly stats and don’t really play the game.
