I’m experiencing log in problems with Overwatch 2 on my Nintendo Switch. When I try to open the game, it shows me a pop-up stating it’s for verifying account security with a QR code attached. I’ve already verified everything in my account before, and didn’t get any pop-ups like these until today. When I try scanning the QR code it states: “400 The challenge was created with unsupported parameters and can not be displayed.” and it takes me back to the log in screen and logging in doesn’t do anything. If I try opening the page on the Nintendo Switch itself, it shows me the same thing. I’ve tried deleting and downloading the game already but nothing seems to be helping…Any advice?

I have this too and I’m on PlayStation and I’m getting kinda mad because it’s been like this for like 3 days

i had the same problem you have to uninstall and redownload then it will work, should only take an hour and a half to download again but yes this will fix it.

Thing is, I already tried re-downloading it but the same problem still occurred…I’ll try it again, thanks :^) (update: still got the error sadly)

Does anyone have a fix to this already because I am actually starting to go insane seeing all my friends play and I can’t.

I also have that same problem. Every time I log into OW2 on my PS5, it asks me to scan a QR code to verify my account even though I’ve taken all measures possible to verify this account (email/phone number/authenticator app/linked to my ps) then the “400 the challenge was created with unsupported parameters and can not be displayed” error pops up. This happens both when I scan the QR code or when I use the web browser on the PS. It’s been like 5 days, I have tried deleting and re-installing multiple times but still no luck. So if anyone has an idea as to how to fix this please help, it’s been extremely frustrating.

Just got this error now I can’t login. I bought the battlepass and im very short on time to finish it. How am I meant to do that, when this stupid game wont work.

I get the error code now too. Have any of you had any luck because I bought items on this account but now I can’t even get into it. Blizzard please give us a fix or at least let me refund my account.

I had the same thing on my ps4, and I found a fix but it may not be helpful if you don’t also have a PC.
I went to run the game on my computer and it popped up with the same verification screen, except it actually worked! then I loaded the game on console and it let me right in.
