Need an option to be able to have a custom loadout in a match instead of relying on the custom loadout in the hero gallery.
Just like having custom settings for certian heroes in the game, same can be applied for skins except we need customizations for highlight intros, crosshairs, charms, and maybe even voicelines for specific skins
