A friend and I decided to jump back in, and it doesn’t seem like Narrow queue exists? We’re both in placement games, and haven’t played since season 1/2 (with a few games in season 8. Maybe 5?)
It says we’re a wide queue, and the queue times are crazy. How do we become a narrow queue?
after you place if you manage to get within 5 divisions of each other. my advice is to do placements solo and see where you are and what you can do from there cause wait times for wide groups are in my exp horrendous.
then again IDK what rank you are. it works differently in gm+ every group is wide no matter what even if you duo( tbf blizz is also saying something is bugged with wait times in higher ranks)
Me and my cuzen have been playing teamed since ow1…and both of us always rank in gold/plat area. But yet we are considered a wide range aparntly untill we both rank (so we have to do at least 40+ games as wide range and it puts us against anyone from bronze to higher ranks like diamond+ lol making us now lossing nearly all 40 of our matchs so once it finely ranks us we will be placed in silver cuz we cant win vs diamonds lol such a crappy experience…its not like they have 9 seasons + ow1 seasons to see that we are not a wide range lol so broken
