-or buff or nerf them, whatever I think is needed.
Also, assume I’m balancing for 6V6, because I am.

Tracer
lifeweaver. he is the worst designed character in all off overwatch
Symmetry
She has one Blink, her legs are gone and if she looks at me, her whole family dies.
In all seriousness, give her 150 health again.
He actually needs to aim his healing blossoms, like Kiriko’s magic paper.
He doesn’t have a weapon swap for healing and damage anymore.
His Petal Platform has a bigger activation radius, like how it used to.
Life Grip doesn’t make teammates invincible.
Symmetra is a Support now.
Her beam does a fixed 140 DPS, but can crit shields and shield health.
Her orbs can now penetrate through players and shields.
She can enter an ‘Architect Mode’ by pressing ‘Shift’, which let’s her cycle through different things to construct, being Sentries, Teleporters, SHIIIEEELD Generators and fortified walls, basically a mini Ice Wall.
You press ‘Shift’ to enter and exit ‘Architect Mode’, ‘Scroll Wheel’ to cycle through constructs and ‘Left Click’ to
Build.
Her ‘E’ is no longer a Teleporter, instead she can apply over-health to herself or a teammate.
Junkrat (character limit)
Venture… as a Support.
Grenades deal 75 damage on impact + 80 max splash damage, but impact damage is decreased by 15 for every subsequent bounce. So 5+ bounces and damage is capped at 80, even if it somehow gets a direct hit.
With his 120 damage mines, that’s up to 275 burst damage! His one-shot is back!
Venture now congratulates all of their teammates for every kill and assist.
Venture is now an emotional Support…with a giant drill, so they’re still a DPS.
I’ll do Role reworks for Heroes who kind of deserve it more, or we’re conceited as a different Role to begin with. I won’t do Venture since they have literally no Support whatsoever.
Alright, I will.
Ability 2: Healing Spring - Venture drills into the ground, creating a well that sprays mineral water everywhere within a certain radius for a few seconds. Teammates near the spring are healed and cleansed of debuffs. It’s sort of like Larry’s pylon, but temporary, and has a relatively long cooldown.
Ultimate: Great Escape - Venture tunnels underground and reemerges, creating a fixed entry and exit hole that their team can use to swiftly and safely move around the map for a period of time. Like a Symmetra teleporter that can’t be destroyed, but eventually times out.
It’s not balanced at all, but it’s a start. I want to keep Vench’s kit “diggy,” because survivability is a mainstay of supports these days, and also drill go brrr, however I think during refining they should lose their “burstiness” to make room for healing power. I have no idea what their primary healing method would be (if they even have one), but tossing out healthpacks, like Torb’s old armor pack, might suit their short-range, mobile playstyle.
Maybe they have a cursed artefact that just grants healing passively, like Lucio.
How 'bout Reaper?
20c
I guess a good place to start would be a secondary fire. Reaper can now shoot grenades out of his shotgun, costing 4 ammo. These grenades will exploded into an opaque smoke that obstructs both teams. Obviously wall-hack abilities bypass this.
Next, Shadow Step is now instant and it crates a Shadow Rift, a 1-way Teleporter that both teams can use.
This sounds dope and actually might be what the devs are trying to put into the game. It would explain the “technical limitations” problems they’re having.
Probably not, it might just be them trying to figure out how to launcher a grenade out of a shotgun.
Mama Hong.
This looks fun!
Do Hanzo buff or rework please! He sucks now.
Kiriko, and/or Wrecking Ball.
But wouldn’t it make more sense to do this for 5v5 since that’s what we have and likely will for the foreseeable future?
Just put manslaughter back on E, and tone down the ult “kill everything that moves”
While I do think that hypermobility is bad, an ult which gives an AOE which damages people based on how far they move as a burst at the end is not a good way to sort it out.
And fix her god damn weapon, everyone knows her primary is trash now.
Do keep “call them out” on shift, that ability is dope.
You beat me to it. Umm Jetpack Cat?
