Nahimic and OW2 not launching

So i’ve read that Nahimic might be behind some clients getting stuck on “Now Playing” and never lauching, akin to Razer programs.

Issue is, I dont have Nahimic installed, as far as I can tell, but I do however have 4 DLLs on my system32 folder.

They are:

NAHIMICAPOlfx.dll
NahimicAPONSControl.dll
NAHIMICV2apo.dll
NAHIMICV3apo.dll

Are these safe to delete? Will they fix the game not launching? I’ve tried literally everything…

EDIT: They also apear to be inside System32/DriverStore/FileRepository/Random giberish
