Last night I played Ranked for the first time on US Servers.
Teamplay and understanding of the Game is severely lacking in US from what I can tell.
My second tank was literally never pushing anything together, in like 8 Games I played.
Everybody runs around alone and nobody knows what to do.
It’s such a difference to European Games! Anyone feels my pain?
Are you closer to Singapore or Sao Paolo than Chicago or LA? Somehow there’s Americas region servers in those places and I hear they’re not great
You should stay in NA server, maybe you’ll rank up.

Tryharding is a thing that EU is known for along with Asia also in League of Legends.
EU West and its servers are extremely toxic because everyone is tryharding to the max.
I enjoyed the NA servers far more than EU, communication is much better.
Hardly anyone ever talks in coms in EU. I can’t say I noticed much difference gameplay-wise, but this was a couple of years ago now.
I’m not here to rank up, stopped caring about SR just trying to get better at the game is all.
I’ve just wondered if it was only my imagination or there is really such a difference.
I really still think it’s a whole different game when playing at NA.
The game feels much more passive and uncoordinated.

I absolutely loathe with a passion that people consider trying to play well in ranked “tryharding”.
That attitude has lead to the “screw you, I do what I want” mentality which has completely ruined ranked.

Literally the exact opposite.
I don’t know what part of US did you play with but in EU you find WAY MORE trolls and throwers and people that doesn’t even understand English to properly communicate and shot call.
They are not specially better but since the comms are better, everything tends to be way better than EU (at least in East coast US), except the ping of course. Playing with 130-150 ms can be unnerving in certain circumstances/heroes.
NA servers is the eziest server to play for any rank lower than high masters. talking from experience. If you want hell, come try SEA. You will understand what pain is.

As an EU player, I had the complete opposite experience.
Came to NA because I was told it was more social, thats exactly what I found.
Unfortunately I’m not wiling to put up with the ping.
I’m noticing more and more, especially in diamond, team just refuse to use comms, me included if no-one is speaking. I’m not going to sit there talking to myself being a solo-shotcaller.
Found the opposite. EU players tend to have no comms or team play and are easy to abuse because they have no faith in their team to do anything. NA has more team play and generally avoid one v one situations more. Asia servers are far more fast paced in… Everything, comms, focus fire, etc. If it wasn’t for the abundance of hackers in gm I would play more on Asia then na.

On NA servers, players are so friendly and sometimes even funny. I have a lot more fun there. Unfortunately, my ping has gone up to 140MS - 150MS in the last few weeks.
my only difference between na and eu is +100-150 ping in NA, so no i don’t feel your pain
And then come OCE servers
No communication
No teamwork
150+ ping for most players with lots of disconnects
It’s not always fun but it’s better than 300-400+ ping anywhere else.
lol yall are lucky. SEA is just garbage. I have played on both EU even tho its 150 ping and SEA.
SEA is just filled with dumb players. Its all about who can click heads better than teamwork. So if you are a player who has more gamesense than mechanical skill, you would do really bad on SEA.

Communication is way better in NA. It’s really fun to play there, the people are nice and talk a lot with each other : )
Even though skillwhise everything is one level beneath EU I would say.
Like bronze EU players are like silver NA, silver EU like gold NA, and so on…
It is equally bad from my experience.
I’d take people who don’t know how to play the game over: people who think they’re next big thing in OWL.
If I wasn’t playing with 190ms, I’d stay in NA server because people in EU servers are extremely toxic and there’s no one speaking.
