Are the Weapons, Equipped on All Hero Skins or can you equip it on select skins?

Works on any skin. Assuming you mean the mythic weapon. Not the weapon that is attached to a mythic skin.

What I mean is, I buy say… Mercy’s Mythic weapon, if I equip it, does that mean, all my skins in “Choose Random Favorite” will use it, or can I selectively equip it on specific skins. Like, I like the Mercy Weapon, but personally, it clashes with a lot of her skins I use, and wouldn’t want it on say, “Witch Mercy”. That’s what I want to know.

You would have her wep on all the skins from favourites. If you have the mythic wep selected, and then choose from favs for skins, all the skins will have mythic wep.
