so i had 80 Prisms, then i linked my account with my game pass and it clearly states you will get 30 prisms for being subbed, which i did i had 120 last night.
Today i am back at 80 again.
I got the skins from the pass but not the Mythic prisms. anyone else that got this issue?
i got that issue as well!! i logged in through xbox launcher and i had 60 (30 i already had + 30 from xbox game pass), then when i logged back on steam i had 30. i texted support and they said its a new issue and that i should make a post on forum. glad to see anyone having their mythic prisms missing as well because i thought it was just an issue i myself had!
hopefully it fixes soon. xD
yeah i also hope so i want to upgrade my mythic ana skin LMAO
honestly it’s so weird that there is such little (2 so far) people who have this issue. i feel like we won’t get them back no matter what happens which is really disappointing. like i didnt buy the xbox game pass just to lose half of the permanent rewards lol

I have not and to add to it once the game pass expired, i lost some skins from mirrorwatch event when i never had gamepass with it. or got multiple accounts.
I had the game pass and got the 30, but I’m pretty certain it has completely been deleted or taken off my account. I also just finished this new season’s battle pass and the last mythic prism you get, to reach 80, is nowhere to be seen on my account. I literally just logged in today, saw two battle pass completed markers and now no mythic prism for me to use, on Ana’s mythic gun.
dang that’s so sad that it’s been almost 2 months since this thread started and blizzard hasnt done anything about it.

Yeah they seem to be really slow on this one. its really sad for me because i lost some Mirrorwatch skins when my gamepass expired. and i never even had gamepass when that event was going on.
I thought i as the only one experiencing this. i had 60 after claiming the gamepass rewads. i tired to buy a skin but it didnt go through so i restarted my game and when i loaded back up my prisms were down to 30. i had clips of everything including before and after the prisims were taken and even with this evidence they just send me to the forum when it is clearly shown in the clips and purchase history that i tried to make the purchase but it didnt go through and you can clearly see that i lost the 30 prisms in a few minutes for no reason.
yeah i also lost mine in a matter of like minutes! im so sad because im still waiting to upgrade my ana mythic and blizzard seems to… well, not care
okay guys, for me it turns out that i somehow spent them on a skin despite remembering having more mythic prisms. i guess it was an error or something, idk
turns out i got them and i was just halucinating the whole time that i had 60 mythic prisms and not 50 (in total). idk what happened but i remember them disappearing and not reappearing
Hi I had recently bought the Xbox game pass on Sunday and collected my rewards yesterday. Which included 30 mythic prisms now today it’s just completely gone. I was at 70 now in back down to 40. What happened has this issue been fixed for anyone else?
