I just finished the battlepass (yes, I am a casual) and played one game with the new skin; my question is: does the orb eye follow the target player that they are healing or damaging? I shot one out and noticed that it seemed to turn and look at the teammate that it was healing, is this a thing or is this just in my head?
It does indeed turn and look at targets. A very cool feature.
I have a question about the orb, do other people see the eye or is it only the user and same with robot voice do other people hear that?
this has always been my issue with these skins. I earned them, they have cool aesthetics and voice lines, I want others to see AND hear them too, not just see them.
Are you saying that other players cannot see the features that I see when using this skin?
I rarely seen her mythic in the match. When on my team i did see the eye. It’s hard to notice it since her orbs goes whoooosh. Yes other people hear the voices.
I am not sure if they see the eyes yet as I’ve not earned it (had to take a 2 week break for work)…i’m close though 
but I know for sure people don’t hear the modulated voices, which is just dumb.
