Today, I was excited for this new patch until I logged in to see Mystery Heroes missing from any of the game options. I play mystery heroes exclusively on Overwatch because I enjoy the freedom and randomness to play whatever role and character. I also find it fun trying to adapt to the random enemy team comps. Mystery Heroes Role Queue doesn’t provide that and feels more like quick play in terms of strategy for me. I hope this is just an oversight and they bring it back.

First they replace it back to arcade and now its totaly dissapeared. Im very curious if the new mystery heroes role selection has more followers then the original and im very curious why they removed it. Things like this should be voted on by the players dont you think.

100% in agreement. I’m done playing OW2 until they bring it back in Arcade mode full time. I love the queue times of Arcade and the randomness of it. Role Queue sucks immensely and the queue times are freaking out the window with the way I like to just quickly pop on a match or two, kick butt, then log off until the next opportunity. Really done w/ the game finally if they don’t return it to Arcade. Marvel Rivals is taking OW2 players already, maybe I’ll check it out instead.

Conversely, in SA servers, NOBODY ever plays arcade. You can be queueing for over an hour without finding a match. The previous change already killed my most played mode in my region, now that’s just the nail on the coffin…

yeah, i’m mad too. i don’t like MH role queue because i hate having a tank that is overtuned. wish i hadn’t bought the battle pass.

Huge disappointment starting the new patch without MH in arcade. I also exclusively play for this game mode and agree that role queue MH does not provide the same experience.

There’s no reason to get rid of MH except to get rid of MH players. I guess I’ll check back to see if it’s fixed tomorrow, but I’m not hopeful given how poorly things have been managed lately.

Judging by how long the queue times are for role queue MH there’s way LESS followers. Estimated over 12 minute queue right now, where it used to be under 2 minutes for years
