this wouldn’t really change anything and tp will still be terrible tbh (at least from what I understood from reading that).
Your tp will be:
- time to next cast = uptime + 8s
- uptime bounded above by 12s
- experienced down time = 8s + (uptime - usage time)
- in the interval [8s, 20s]. can get 8s if you instantly destroy.
which is still a lot worse than old 3.0 tp.
the rest of the changes are pretty OK in my book (i.e. don’t really see much of an issue).
