I have spent 30 hours this season and my sr is at 500 it will not go up or down if I lose or win! Can someone please help!
If you started the season at 500 and your profile says you have 67 games won and 108 lost you must be close to 0 SR. You need about 20 more wins than losses before you can break 500 sr.
My advice is to learn a different hero and stop playing Mercy for literal AI bots.

If your SR is below 500, it is not shown. You have to get above 500 before it will start moving with each win or loss.

I have 20 thousand heals each game but if I win or lose it won’t move?
Main D.Va and Brig. I’ve gone up almost 600 SR this season with them, and a bit of Rein and Moira.
You shouldn’t lie about things people can easily check.
In general you’ll need at least 50/50 W/L ratio to climb with performance ratings, and you’re pretty far from that.
If you want help winning more, post videos so people can see what you’re doing. And stop dying.
The game doesn’t show a value lower than 500 SR. If you are 300, it will show 500 and it won’t change until you get higher than 500.

Even if you had started at exactly 500 SR, losing 42 games more than you’ve won would put you deep into <500 SR.

If your Sr is below 500 your the game will state this as your current Sr. You Sr is going up with wins and down with losses but your number isn’t moving. the main reason this was put into the game is so that Smurfs stopped intentionally throwing games in comp to reach 1 Sr (the lowest in the game). If you are looking to get better, my recommendation is to try to learn more heroes. And spend some time in QP. This can help you with raw mechanics. I would suggest playing characters like Pharah and looking up tutorials on YouTube of how to correctly fly as her and stay in the air for the maximum amount of time.
Are you comming with your team in voice chat? The sad truth about support, especially with mercy, you cant carry a bad team. And if you’re dying a lot, you need to ask your DPS or tanks to peel and come save you before you get picked. The main poroblems with mercy mains are bad positioning and bad communication.
Talk more and record your gameplay, note the positions you died in and if there was any better position you could have been in or what you could have done differently next time.

Playing Mercy down there will not help you at all. Gotta play someone like soldier and you will easily get above 500
