Specs: CPU: i7-4710HQ RAM: 16 GB CPU: GeForce GTX 970M
The game is installed in an SSD
It runs at 20 fps in the middle of the action, anywhere else it barely hits 40fps. Keep in mind this is all in the lowest settings at 1280x720 and pretty much completely optimized in the Nvidia control panel. What am I doing wrong?
