So far I have two Sombra Play of The Games that disappeared. One before I got to see it and one after I’d saved it.
It hasn’t happened to any of my other POTGs, just Sombra so I’m guessing there’s something up with her. I mean, she is a hacker after all
Are they not in the folder saved to your hard drive, assuming your C drive on a PC which I believe is Documents/Overwatch/Videos (least that is how my Win 10 is setup anyways) I oddly enough a while back had some D.Va ones a while back vanish, the videos were saved but the highlights screen to this day won’t show them. My next POTG a fewish days later and thereafter suddenly showed up, but my highlights still won’t show the ones I manually found.

The first one is saved on my PC, but the second one never showed up in my highlights. I won a round of Elimination with two of my friends and got POTG, but when I went to save it, it didn’t show up. I played for a while longer and got another POTG with another character. I got to save that POTG and it’s still there. So I don’t seem to have the problem with any other characters besides Sombra as I’ve saved POTGs with support, tank and DPS characters. Where I’d assume the POTG should be, there’s an empty slot in my Highlights
I will be honest, I am not entirely sure what you got going on, my D.va experience never gave me blank slots. I have a friend who is a Sombra main, and unless a recent Sombra with a POTG chimes in, I will see if her POTGs she got were saved or experience what you got. Despite my lack of Sombra play, maybe I will see if I can POTG with her today as I won’t be hearing from my friend until later this evening.

I doubt that I’ll get my old POTGs back, but it’s always fun to save new ones so that I can look back on them

My friend so far, has not had an issue with her POTG’s. But she is going to keep an eye out, and we will probably end up playing tonight. She got two lastnight with no issues, but I will have her check when she fires up her computer later on and see if perhaps something happened to her Sombra POTG’s after. So far however, any previous ones she had, she mentioned are there.

I am stumped. She got a POTG again, saved it, still showing up. I am trying to get a POTG with Sombra myself to see if I come up with anything, but she is a tough cookie for me to get one lol
I guess I’m the only one with that problem then…
Thanks for keeping me updated though! I’ll just keep trying and then I’ll see what I’ll do if the problem doesn’t fix itself

Getting it with Pharah, Had a quintuple kill last night, immediately followed by a single kill, on Volsk, first point… Not potg showing.
