TL;DR: Check the sitting of the GPU. That was my problem
Hi there. After a fresh install of Windows due to hardware upgrade i had this error popping in the 2 games i had installed, OW one of them. I tried a bunch of solutions posted here including the ones by Blizzard Support ,as well as ones from other forums. Reinstalled drivers, the games and several other things. One of them(which sadly tried last) was to check the sitting of the GPU. And that was the problem. During the upgrade i didnt put it fully into the PCIE and although the power was enough to drive browser and simple apps , it wasn’t enough for games.
