I said earlier that Juno could have also easily been recruited by Ramattra

In the cinematic we saw that Athena contacted the pod and had sended people to help her and bring her to the base

My point is that that could have been Ramattra
He could have made contact with the pod and have send other Omnics to get her
He could have said “I’m Ramattra, I fight for the freedom and revenge of my people” “help us fight the people who have wronged us and have wronged you, they have given up on you and your family, they didn’t see the lives that they would ruin, but we see differently, we see what innocent lives are at stake, let us help you and in turn we ask that you help us fight for what’s right”

She could have been recruited by Ram

Tbh I find it strange that Athena was the first one to reach out and not some government official, or even Lucheng Interstellar themselves, given that OW is still considered an illegal vigilante group still. (Tho we still don’t know the fate of Lucheng as of Red Promise so they might be defunct)
