I formated my computer and reinstaled the game, but I’m unable to play it because it says “account missing overwatch license”.
I checked my account and it has an active Overwatch license, but when I try to run the game it says the license is missing. Is there a way to fix that or get a refund?
I’ve experienced this error twice this month for no apparent reason, but restarting B net client fixed it both times.
If that doesn’t help try resetting your password.

I checked the account you’re posting on, and in fact this one doesn’t have an Overwatch license
A little more digging, and I found another account in the system under a different login e-mail (with the same Battletag name, but different #code). Please make sure you’re logging into the correct account!
