My Opinion of Season 13 Tier List

Will edit list when the Doomfist and Brigitte changes come and seeing how well Ashe does competitively over time, so I just placed Ashe where I think she will be for the rest of Season 13 for now.

I saw a post on the forums on their opinion of the Season 13 tier list, so I wanted to give it a shot. I took into account OWL, World Cup, the competitive ladder, Overbuff pick and win rates with both console and PC players, etc.

Feel free to disagree, it’s just my opinion.

Order in each tier is from best to worst.

S-Tier

B-Tier

I dont remember hammond being very bad? Roadhog up to B tier, Doomfist is getting nerfs, Lucio should get up to tier A, Zenyatta to tier S

I put Hammond in D-Tier because of his low pick rate on Overbuff. Roadhog, while I do see him a lot more in games, I don’t think he is quite B-Tier yet, which is why I placed him pretty high in C-Tier. I’m waiting on the Doomfist and Brigitte changes to play out. Also Zenyatta is not S-Tier but possibly in the past seasons, I would consider him A or S-Tier, but he is for sure above average (C-Tier being the “average” tier).

Seems kinda fair. Zenyatta does have a really unique ability that can shorten times of team battles.

People pretty consistently underrate Zenyatta and Lucio, but I think there’s a pretty good chance that they’re both far better than Ana.

I assume this list is coming the perspective of lower ranks? Cuz zen and lucio are top tier in high ranks, and moira is pretty bad. And junk A tier? Ehhhh

I tried taking into account all ranks and both PC and console platforms. Moira is highly picked on console as well as in lower ranks. Also the higher ranks and pros don’t represent the majority of the community. If this tier list was only looking at lower tiers, then Bastion would be all the way to S-Tier.

Zen is definitely at least A tier, at least on console. He has a fairly high pick rate with a fairly high win rate as well.

i would put roadhog in the B tier list, but the majority i agree with

There’s definitely some i disagree with.

I’ll only name one though, i think junkrat should be in D-tier.

didnt even notice junkrat there…not sure how he got so high :stuck_out_tongue: and i agree with you, out of the 2 roadhog is easily the better ex junker

Is there a Junkrat nerf I missed or something? For longest time he was picked a lot and then now everyone says he’s bad???

Edit: I mostly play support so I mainly care about changes to the support heroes lol

I’d also remove hanzo and replace them with zenyatta and lucio.

Hanzo may be good but it’s not quite his meta, genji’s a better pick over him.

They reduced his bombs to the size of a peashooter.

That and him having the slowest projectile in the game didn’t mix well.

And they also basically removed his area denial capabilities because of that.

Junkrat got a pretty significant nerf and fell out of the meta due to the prevalence of long range heroes like Widowmaker, Hanzo and Ashe.

The only things he really has going for him in the current meta is that deathball means he can charge his ultimate super fast, and he’s always been pretty solid at disrupting Doomfist.

I think calling him A tier is definitely too far. I’d personally consider him borderline C/D tier.

you dont seem to understand how tier list work.

D tier list heros are situational,usually having to build a team around them.
So heroes like symmetra would be there.

F tier is for garbage tier heroes that you should never play as they are underbalanced.

Also no idea why Junk rat is A tier, you must be bronze-low gold as above that he turns out to be very trash.
