My lootboxes from Twitch didn't arrive

I have been trying to submit a ticket about this for almost 3 hours now, so I’m giving up and trying the forum instead.
I claimed 6 lootboxes on twitch two days ago (04/22) and it’s not showing on my account. In game it says I have 1 loot box and when I click on the menu, there’s none to open. I also took screenshots to show the issue, plus my history of opened boxes, last one opened on 02/18 (Since taking the screenshot, I have opened one lootbox acquired from playing matches). Every other drop claimed on the twitch appeared in-game, the only issue being the lootbox.

You should not open a ticket about drops from Twitch. The Customer Support reps answering tickets cannot grant or investigate problems occurring between Twitch’s system and the Overwatch 2 system. You can report this bug in Bug Report for the developers. They will only respond if they need more information from you.

Also, I just want to make sure you claimed the boxes on 04/22 and not before the patch went live. All lootboxes are opened automatically at the end of each patch cycle.

About claiming pre-season 16, yes, i claimed them on 04/22, after the S16 patch if i’m not mistaken. And even if it was prior the patch, wouldn’t it show on the history of my opened lootboxes? Or would they just be deleted?

I recommend submitting a support ticket. Speaking from experience from the forum and dealing with Customer Support, posting on the Bug Report forums will not net you any response other than users saying “Me too!”. Submitting through CS will get you a better response, especially from someone who works for the company.
