I have a humble intel i7 and intel uhd graphics , and now i cant play with fps above 10.
It sucks, and when i can play the game is so different and not fun to play. im so depressed

Maybe try some of this stuff.
Also try disabling any sort of “overlay” software you have. Like Nvidia overlay, steam overlay, discord overlay.

Discord had mega issues even on Overwatch 1 so yeah.
